Webshop

Ordering, payment and delivery
After receiving the order, you will receive a confirmation of your order. Email The product will be reserved for you.
– Payment upon bank transfer: transfer the total amount to IBAN: NL15 KNAB 0404 0101 64 attn. BL-ij Arnhem (BIC: KNABNL2H) o.v.v. your order number.

Shipping
Shipping cost will be calculated at the check out.
Pick up at our studio is free but send us an email to make an appointment.
All our products are sent as a package by DHL or PostNL. Your item will be shipped upon receipt of payment within 5 business days. The delivery period shall commence at the time the payment is received.
If you select ‘pick up’, you can pick up your order at our studio in Arnhem, make an appointment by mail (info@bl-ij.nl) so that someone is present at the time that you will come across. Note; your order will not be sent!

If your payment is not received by us within two (2) weeks or we have received no response from you, your order will be cancelled. You can then no rights to your earlier order and will have to enter again.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bl-ij.nl and send your item to: Rosendaalsestraat 345, 6824CJ Arnhem Gelderland the Netherlands.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Shipping exchanges
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rosendaalsestraat 345, 6824CJ Arnhem Gelderland the Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty
The products are of excellent quality. Should you have any dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us, we will solve the problem as soon as possible. (Colours on screen may vary from the original).

COMMISSIONED
When placing an order for a design commissioned one must read and agree to these general conditions. All orders and orders through the website, will be confirmed by mail. If the customer has not received confirmation of an order and / or contract he should contact BL-ij contact. It may be that has not received. BL-ij and the order placed or order.
After approval of the design by the customer BL-ij the client sends an invoice in PDF format as an attachment in the mail. The customer provides advance payment of the invoice.

Note: A commissioned order can not be cancelled!!

Birth cards
The printing of the cards is put in motion after the customer has given command to here. For birth applies: On weekdays we received the birth information before 9:00, the cards are printed the same day. Without notice of the customer cards at the address supplied is mentioned on the card.
Envelopes may be sent in advance (extra costs), but can also be transmitted simultaneously with the birth cards. The delivery of the cards takes place at the delivery address given by the customer. BL-ij can not be held liable for any delays in delivery.

Force Majeure
BL-ij is not obliged to perform any obligation to the customer if she is prevented from doing so by force majeure. Force majeure shall in any case include breakdown at BL-ij and transport stagnation. BL-ij can not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the transport company responsible.

Privacy
BL-ij does not provide personal data of the customer to third parties without the consent of the customer.

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you would like to sell BL-ij in your shop or webshop, please fill out the registration form. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
if you have a wholesale account you can login on the wholesale page and order for your shop. Cancelling your order is not possible after you received the order conformation. All products are available while supplies last, if an item is sold, it may be that it no longer returns to our collection.

Order
Minimum order quantity for each item is listed in the article if you are logged in as wholesale. Minimum order amount is indicated in the shopping cart when you are logged as wholesale.

Payment wholesale
Prices in the wholesale shop are without tax and shipping cost. Wholesale orders outside The Netherlands have no tax. You always receive a proforma invoice after receipt of payment, your order will be shipped. Payment in 14 days.

Dispatch wholesale
If your order is in stock, your order is usually shipped the same week.
